These pages reflect my current thoughts, beliefs, attitudes and, undoubtedly, prejudices and ignorance. Over the years I have developed a  practiced lack of concern for what others think of me—and these thoughts will certainly reflect that.  My views have changed and will change again. Read and reflect at your own risk.

While I’ll touch on a wide variety of subjects–there is one common theme; how to live a considered, thoughtful and meaningful life.

Caveats and warnings: This will be opinionated, often unfair, and occasionally profane. Requests to stop being any of those things will be greeted with silence and/or ridicule. The views expressed here are entirely my own. I’ll generally stay away from politics, however, since it seems even wearing a mask to save your own life and the life of others has become political, I don’t think politics can be entirely avoided… I will talk about religion.  As will be made clear as you read, so much of who I am is either a result of faith or a reaction to faith. Again–read at your own risk–I am not beholden (at this point in my life) to any orthodoxy.
